As I listen to news, I recognize hunger in every human being to have meaning, purpose and affirmation. The human heart believes he will acquire that through power, influence, recognition of our rights, and ownership of stuff.
This hunger is really a God shaped void filled only by our God, creator of the universe and all living beings. Paul describes God in Acts 17:28, Then, to capture the Athenians hearts, He tells them they are God’s offspring. In our weakness, He gives us strength, He supplies all our needs, He gives us meaningful purpose for each day we breathe.
